Weather Data Climate Data Import

Tas Building Designer is able to import full year, hourly based, weather data from an international database of over 2500 sites world wide.

The database provides a graphical display of all sites on a world map. By zooming in on particular regions and countries the extent of the data sets becomes more detailed.

When the site of interest is located, the data may be exported in Tas climate database format.

If the location of the building being analysed does not coincide with a weather site in the database, then the software will generate synthetic data for the desired location through interpolation of the nearest 3 or 4 weather sites.

Besides having access to the international database, Tas Building Designer comes with 150 international weather sites already in its own database.
