EDSL believe that the mixing of development, consultancy and software support leads to a focused software product, with quality support available to end users.

Lumen Designer Course

Course Content

On completing the one day course, attendees will know how to:

  • Export a 3D dwg file from Tas 3D Modeller and Import it into Lumen Designer
  • Assign materials and textures to surfaces
  • Set calculation grids
  • Run daylight calculations and view the results including daylight factors
  • Display a rendered view of the model
  • Add objects including furniture to the model
  • Set up and add luminaires to the model
  • Use a daylight factor calculated in Lumen Designer to control lighting gain in Tas Building Simulator
