            10W/m2 lighting (400 lux)

            34W/m2 occupants

            5W/m2 small power

30% lighting energy reduction on target with

low energy lamps and daylight saving

Systems specification

            Most areas are naturally ventilated.

Mechanically ventilated areas are supplied with2.5l/s/m2 of air at 18C with total fan SFP of 2W/l/s.

Gas boilers 3 off with full load efficiency of 85%.

Cooling COP 2.5

Constant speed pumping.

Summer temperatures meet BB87, being less than 80 hours over 28C

Carbon emissions 16% less than target. Additional 10% renewables would comply with 2006 Part L2
