Position Overview

We require a Junior IT support analyst to help support our customers install and use our state of the art building simulation software, which customers use to create 3D models of buildings and perform analysis such as calculating energy consumption, creating EPC certificates and evaluating overheating risk.

Support is predominantly provided via phone & email, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm, from our office in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes, and prior to starting, you will receive training in the use of our software.

You will have the opportunity to get involved with writing e-training/ documentation content & in-person training courses, and working with the development team to help guide the future development of the software.

This is an entry level position; no previous experience is required.

Required Skills

• Capable of communicating with customers in a professional manner, being clear and courteous
• Capable of diagnosing and solving problems
• Experience using Microsoft Windows & Microsoft Office
• Enthusiastic about learning new software
• An interest in Computing, Maths, Science, Engineering

Required Qualifications

• Grade C or above in GCSE English, Maths and Science
• Grade C or above in A-level Maths or Physics.
