Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To protect the health of our employees, all EDSL staff are currently working remotely. However our support and consultancy services remain fully operational and contactable via email and phone. 

As a lot of our customers will also be working remotely, we have implemented the following polices to help you during these difficult times.

Licensing

We know that dongle licensing isn’t the most flexible type of licensing, especially in times where we need to remote work. If you are having any issues caused by not being able to share dongles please contact support@edsl.net and we will be able to provide you with free temporary licenses.

Training

As per current advice, all in person training is cancelled. To help with training new users in the mean time, we have made our new e-training course free to use until the crisis is over. Please note that you will need to sign up to enrol on the course.
